Project timelines provided are estimates based on available information at the time of quotation. Delays may occur due to client feedback, additional requirements, or unforeseen technical issues. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables (websites, apps, custom systems). Digital Core IT Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies. Third-party components retain their original licenses.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services. This limitation applies to all claims including negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.
We handle client data with confidentiality and security. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Clients are responsible for backing up their data.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for work completed. Upon termination, we will provide all completed work and relevant documentation.
